The Space

Everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your holidays; the area is very quiet but is next to everything : the beach, restaurants area etc.

- Choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, all with terrace. For family of 2-6 persons.

Two bedrooms can have either 1 double (queen) bed or 2 single beds.

The 3rd room has a sofa / double bed and can be used as a bedroom or salon. This room will be granted free as a salon with TV if you don't use it as a bedroom.

The rooms all have built-in wardrobes.

- Your own bathroom for your family with shower, two sinks, toilets and bidet.

- A second closed shower room can also be available near the pool.

- Breakfast area with your table on the terrace near the pool.

- You can have your own fully equipped kitchen (kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, sink, refrigerator) and dining area for your family near the pool (for you during the warm season), or alternatively our main kitchen during winter (upon request, pls specify at the time of booking).

People also enjoy having their meals at the restaurants around.

During your stay

We will be here to welcome you, to inform you and help you if you need anything, while making sure you have your own private space, so that you can spend very nice holidays.

We also take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and pool so that you can relax.

We are a quiet, respectful and discrete couple, and will give you all the space you need.

Other things to note

We are the owners (French-Swiss discrete couple) and live the whole year in this very large Villa of 430m2.

We are here to welcome you, take care of the maintenance of the house and pool, while making sure that you have your own private space and have an amazing stay.

- We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood, and benefit from the calm of the surroundings.

- Party, alcohols not welcome.

- Regarding pets, pls contact us & provide us details before we can accept as we can accept pets only at some periods (typically not in full summer period but possible in mid-season, fall, spring and winter). NB: Pets are forbidden on the beach of La Barrosa in the summer period typically from 1st June to 30th September..
